Queens College’s Kupferberg Center for the Arts will host a wide variety of performances as part of its 2013-2014 season, including ’80s pop star Cyndi Lauper, Broadway legend Audra McDonald and the Boston Pops Esplanade Orchestra.

Leon Denmark, the artistic director for Kupferberg Presents, said this season’s roster was especially diverse.

“We are proud of the range of high-profile events that we are bringing to the Queens community this season,” he said. “Kupferberg Presents is committed to consistently featuring top-tier artists in our three newly renovated on-campus venues where Queens residents will be able to see world-class entertainers right in their own borough.”
