Light snow is predicted to come to Great Neck and parts of Long Island early Tuesday morning, according to the National Weather Service (NOAA) and the Weather Channel.
But not much.
The chance of snow will be mixed with rain, and little to no accumulation is expected — less than an inch, according to the experts.
As of Monday afternoon, The Weather Channel is predicting an inch of snow or less early Tuesday morning that will transition to snow showers, possibly mixed with rain, during the afternoon. The high will be 39F.

- Tonight: A slight chance of light snow after 3 a.m. Increasing clouds, with a low around 34. West wind 5 to 7 mph becoming calm in the evening. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
