Awful Awful Awful!!!!

Do not use this travel agent. We used him for our Hawaii honeymoon and he almost ruined the whole thing.

This travel agent is a flat-out liar. All his lies:

1. The price he promised us for the flight changed last minute and became much more expensive.

2. He told us we would sit together in our flights to and from Hawaii. Not the case. We found out at the airport that my wife and I are sitting apart. We beg other passengers to switch seats.

3. There were baggage fee on EVERY flight despite his assurance of the opposite.

4. Our booked dolphin swim did not include swimming with dolphins like he described and was not private like he described.

5. In our stay at San Francisco on the way to Hawaii. He booked us in a hotel far from where he knew we would like to visit - Fisherman's Wharf. There were many better, cheaper, closer hotels right on the Fisherman's Wharf!!!

6. He told he booked us the Spyder as car rental in Hawaii. The rental company told us they don't even offer that car.

7. He told us our hotels gave complimentary breakfast. Not the case.

8. The hotel attendant each told us they could have given us a better rate had we booked directly with them despite Jeffrey's promise of the best rates.
