A Great Neck man faces grand larceny charges after he was accused of taking jewelry from a Syosset home he was painting.
In May, Jorge Castro, 44, was left alone in an Ira Road home to paint when he allegedly entered a bedroom and took three pieces of jewelry, reported police. The victim's husband confronted Castro, who returned two of the three pieces of jewelry, said police.
