Two Honored at Gospel Brunch

Rosemarie Ennis and Kyle Dugger recognized at annual event.

Rosemarie Ennis of North Shore LIJ-Health System and Kyle Dugger of the Manhasset/Lakeville Fire Department, Company #3, were recognized last week at the annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Gospel Brunch.

The Manhasset/Great Neck EOC and Adventures in Learning celebration recognized the life and legacy of Dr.Martin Luther King.

At the sixth-annual event, held Jan. 26. at the Unitarian Universalist Congregation at Shelter Rock, was Nassau County Legis. Judi Bosworth, D-Great Neck.

Dugger, the chief of department, has been a member of Manhasset-Lakeville F.D. Company #3 since 1990.

Ennis serves as the director of the Department of Public Health with North Shore-LIJ.

“How wonderful that we can come together to pay tribute to Kyle Dugger and my dear friend Ro Ennis, both of whom do so much for our community, in the tradition of Dr. King,” said Bosworth in a news release.
