Elections in Three Villages Tuesday

Little drama in village races.

Voters in Kings Point, Lake Success and Great Neck are expected to reelect incumbents in a number of uncontested races Tuesday.

In Lake Success, trustees Gene Kaplan, Adam Hoffman and David Milner are running unopposed for re-election.

Village of Great Neck, Mayor Ralph Kreitzman, trustees Mitchell Beckerman and Trustee Jeffrey Bass are running in uncontested races.

Also in the Old Village, Trustee Mark Birnbaum is running unopposed for village justice. Mayor Kreitzman will appoint a successor to Birnbaum, who has one year remaining on his term, if the incumbent is elected.

In Kings Point, Hooshang Nematzadeh is seeking election for election for the first time after being appointed last year. Trustee Ron Horowitz is running for re-election.

Polls for Great Neck Village residents at the Great Neck House run from noon to 9 p.m.
