It's not "unauthorized practice of a crime", which makes no sense. It's unauthorized…Read More practice of a profession, which is NYS Educ. Law 6512. The title of that section reads "Unauthorized Practice a Crime", meaning they're telling you that such practice will from now on be a crime. Maybe that's where the confusion came from.
