"This show is not good for teenagers in Long Island and especially Great Neck because they think it's reality and it's really not, so it gives us a bad reputation," said a 14-year-old in Great Neck Plaza Wednesday.

"I think it's going to great for the town," said high-end Great Neck Plaza boutique owner Steven Dann. "It's going to a platform for some of the girls to really utilize the town and make it known to the world that Great Neck is on the map."

The sentiment for the program was mostly negative from most young females interviewed.

"It's kind of a disgrace to our hometown because it's showing that we are snotty, rich people," said a 14-year-old girl. "It's not all true."

The Bravo network did not immediately return a request for comment.
